List of Experiments including Spotting
1. To identify and study the reproductive parts of a flower.
2.To study pollen germination on a slide.
3. To prepare temporary slide to study Pollen germination on stigma.
4. To study flowers adapted to pollination by different agencies (wind, insect).
5. Identification of stages of gamete development i.e. T.S. testis and T.S. ovary through permanent slides.
6. To study the texture, pH and composition of given samples of soil and correlate with the kinds of plants found in them.
7. To study the Water holding capacity of garden soil and road side soil.
8. Collect water from two different water bodies around you and study them for pH, clarity and presence of any living organisms.
9. Study the presence of suspended particulate matter in air at the two widely different sites.
10. Identification of common disease causing organisms like Ascaris, Entamoeba, Plasmodium, ringworm through permanent slides or specimens. Comment on symptoms of diseases that they cause.
11. Two plants and two animals found in xerophytic conditions. Comment upon their morphological adaptations.
Cactus, Calotropis, Aloe vera, Camel and Chameleon.
12. Plants and animals found in aquatic conditions. Comment upon their morphological adaptations.
Hydrilla, Vallisnaria, Eichhornia, Nymphea and Fish.

DeleteHypotony is usually defined as an intraocular pressure (IOP) of 5 mm Hg or less. Low IOP can adversely impact the eye in many ways, including corneal decompensation, accelerated cataract formation, maculopathy, and discomfort.
